Successful business can be done only by good commerical correspondence. The character of a firm is judged only by the general appearance of its letters. As such, commercial correspondence in English is valued much and reputed firms employ only efficient persons in commerical correspondence even at a salary above the average.
English is such a beautiful and peculiar language which has only 26 alphabets but has more than 4 lakhs of words. But it is is pity that in these days even graduates are not able to do very small correspondence in English correctly. All those who acquire qualification cannot be provided with Govt. Jobs. There are firms which provide jobs for them. The should therefore take pains to learn commerical correspondence and equip themselvers for any private employment. The writing of effective business letters is not an easy task. Practice alone makes a man perfect.
