Return Policy

Last updated: April 2026

We want every book to reach you in perfect condition. If something's wrong, we'll make it right. Our return window is 7 days from the date of delivery.

Eligible for return

  • Book received is different from what was ordered
  • Book arrived with printing defects (missing pages, blurry text)
  • Book cover or spine is severely damaged in transit
  • Duplicate item shipped by mistake

Not eligible

  • Change of mind after delivery
  • Minor cover scuffs from normal handling in transit
  • Digital downloads or e-books
  • Items marked "Non-returnable" on the product page
  • Books with broken seals or that have been read

How to return

Initiate a return within 7 days

Go to Account → My Orders → select your order and click "Initiate Return", or email [email protected] with your order ID and photos of the issue.

We review & approve

Our team reviews your request within 1–2 business days and sends a return authorisation.

Ship the book back

Pack the book securely and ship it to our Namakkal address. We reimburse return shipping for defective/wrong items.

4

Refund or replacement

Once we receive the return, we process a replacement or full refund within 5–7 business days.

International orders: Return shipping costs for international orders are borne by the customer except in cases of defective or wrong items, where we provide a store credit for the return shipping cost.
