The One-Act play had acquired its importance after the Second world War. Of late both students and general readers prefer to read one-act plays since they have all the features like plot, character and atmosphere of a full length pay. The present selection has been made bearing in mind the requirements of the students. It is hoped that the students will find the palys interesting and enjoyable.
