The aim of any bookon education is to in crease the store of useful knowldge. There are many books on school administration and educational organisation and dupervision. why then add to the many already available , I thought. Most of the available books on the subject  take it for granted that the school administrator knows the simple elementary things and is familiar with the initial stages of his work. The truth of the matter is that the beginner, often, needs to be told these basic things and to be guided on the right path in the initial stage itself. without such guidance the school administrator may go blithely along till he finds himself fioundering in the last stages of the course, because of the simple mistakes he committed along the way. be done, eligibility , age, validity of TC, recognition of school certificates and ends with a caution that the HMshall be more careful in  dealing with the subject to avoid action beinh taken against  tham.
